Summary of Schrems West Michigan Trout Unlimited Board Meeting on Tuesday, August 1, 2023
Financials
The Cast n’ Blast event held in July generated a net income of $4,490.00 for our TU chapter. These funds are earmarked for youth projects and events, an example being our sponsoring of 20 area schools with the Salmon in the Classroom program. Schrems wants to thank all those who attended and contributed toward making this a great success.
On June 8, 2023 the Orvis Company presented Schrems TU a check for $10,028.00 as part of their Orvis Giveback Days. These funds will be used to fund future stream projects.
