A big thanks goes out to all those people who helped fill up the new venue space at Creston Brewing. We’ll be sure to try to have another event there soon. Good food, good drinks, and lots of parking.

And we’re especially grateful for the time of our guest speakers. Dr. Bryan Burroughs, Executive Director of Michigan Trout Unlimited gave a wide ranging update on the State of the Trout: brook bag limits, North Branch Au Sable populations, water withdrawals, and much, much more. The leadership team from Grand Rapids Whitewater also did a compelling presentation on the status of restoring the rapids in Grand Rapids.
