A 1st

This year’s Wa Wa Sum annual membership meeting/board elections was a big success!  It marked Schrems 30th anniversary of this annual four-day event and we had a capacity attendance. Incidentally, learned from Kevin (fifth generation Wa Wa Sum caretaker) that we can thank Dennis Potter for getting ‘Hex” week-end when it became available several years ago.  As always, the Hex continued their challenge.

The “A 1st’: We were pleased to welcome our first lady to stay at Wa Wa Sum; Dr. Mary Yurko  joined husband Mark Gurney. Thanks for ‘opening that door’  Mary and Mark.
