Orvis, Inc. is partnering with Trout Unlimited for its 2020 Giveback Days fundraising efforts with all on-line donations made on the Orvis website between September 1-30, 2020 going toward the TU Embrace-A-Stream program. Orvis, Inc. annually commits 5% of its pre-tax profits to protecting nature, supporting communities and advancing canine health and well-being.
As part of the nationwide fundraising effort, each participating Orvis store also selects a local partner for the event. This year the Royal Oak Orvis store has chosen to direct in-store contributions to Michigan Trout Unlimited, and the Grand Rapids Orvis store has selected the Schrems West Michigan Chapter of Trout Unlimited as their local partner.
Customers who donate $10 or more either in the store or over the phone during the month of September 2020 will receive a $10 savings card good for any full-price apparel purchase at the store. All donations received by the Royal Oak store will directly benefit Michigan Trout Unlimited and all donations received by the Grand Rapids store will directly benefit the Schrems West Michigan Chapter.
We urge all Michigan Trout Unlimited members to participate with Orvis in helping to fund the Embrace-A-Stream program at Trout Unlimited through a donation at www.orvis.com and to make an in-store or over-the-phone donation at the Royal Oak Orvis store or the Grand Rapids Orvis store to raise funds that will be fully directed to Michigan Trout Unlimited (Royal Oak) or the Schrems West Michigan Chapter (Grand Rapids).
