The winner is…

l>r Andy Milnes, Eric Johnson Kelly Galloup www.slideinn.com  donated one of the new St. Croix ‘Bank Robber’ rods to be raffled off during his seminar last week.  Over one-year in the making, the ‘Bank Robber’ streamer rod was designed by Kelly with the St.Croix staff. Fly Girls Tying School

A three-day fly tying school is scheduled for March 4th – 6th at the Grand Rapids Airport Hilton. Participants will learn from two of the very best: Julie Nielson and Dennis Potter. The tying sessions (two on Saturday and one on Sunday) will include presentations using two identical high-tech vedio systems. Both beginings and itermediate classes will be offered. Celebration of Fly Tying planned for GR

The Grand River Fly Tiers (GRFT) a Federation of Fly Fishers club is hosting a Celebration of Fly Tying on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at the Knights of Columbus Hall located at 5830 Clyde Park Ave SW, Wyoming, Michigan 49509. Upcoming Workshops & Insect Sampling in the Rogue River

After the holidays the winter months seem to drag on!  Why not break up the winter boredom and attend some upcoming workshops and help with insect sampling.  These events are being held as part of the Rogue River Home Rivers Initiative Project in partnership with the Michigan Trout Unlimited River Keepers Program. East Rockford Middle School – doing GREAT things!
